Human Made does not enforce a singular development process. Everyone works differently, each project team has a different cadence and structure, and accommodating for these differences is one of our strengths.
However, it is important for each project to clearly define its own standards so that each team can work effectively. It is also imperative that we maintain a baseline level of rigor and quality in our process to be able to deliver excellent solutions for our partners.
This section details the process common to almost every project, and should be used as a guide for any project which does not define its own specific processes.
